Compliance Watchdog is an independent compliance-monitoring and investigation-support service for Australia's supplement, health and food sectors. We monitor the market, document potential non-compliance, and refer substantiated matters to the appropriate regulator.

We are not a government agency or regulator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the TGA, ACCC, NSW Food Authority or any government body, and we hold no investigative or enforcement powers of our own. Nothing on this website is legal advice.
